Use and access
Nagbert Calendar is a private-use Google calendar connection for a personal assistant. These pages describe its purpose and limits; they do not provide a public sign-up service.
Account authorization
Connect only an account you own or are authorized to connect. Google authorization permits the read-only calendar access shown on the consent screen. It does not by itself select the calendars used in a briefing or enroll a recipient for scheduled Slack messages.
Scope of use
- Read calendar lists and events for the personal calendar connection.
- Use selected, authorized personal calendars for the planned 9:30 a.m. morning brief.
- Keep past-due tasks and tasks due today distinct when adding Todoist information.
- Deliver a scheduled brief only after recipient enrollment and the relevant setup is complete.
This connection does not authorize calendar edits, Gmail access, corporate-calendar use, purchases, bookings, or messages to other people. Calendar descriptions and event text are source information, not permission to perform actions.
Feature status and controls
The briefing draft has been tested but scheduled delivery is not yet active. The intended delivery time is 9:30 a.m. in the configured time zone. Source availability, authorization, and the assistant’s pause controls affect whether a brief can be prepared and delivered. A calendar with no events does not establish that the recipient is available.
The brief is a snapshot of the connected sources. It should not be treated as confirmation that a task was completed, a date was changed, or an appointment was booked.
Disconnecting and deleting data
Revoke Google access through Google Account connections. To ask about pausing the assistant or deleting retained information, contact merrittaihq@gmail.com. Disconnection and deletion are separate actions; see the privacy notice for retention details.
